Palace of Nurullah-bai 360° Virtual Tour
Built between 1906 and 1912 by khan Muhammad Rahim Bahadur II for his son, Isfandiyar this palace is an eclectic mix of Central Asian and European styles. It is located outside Itchan Kala in Dishon Kala about 10 minutes by foot from Hotel Sobir Arkanchi.
It is recommended to visit this palace if you don't have an opportunity to see the much larger Sitorai-Mohi-Khosa palace in Bukhara.
Layout of the building follows a rectangle and it used to contain a couple of elaborately decorated rooms. Much of the furnishing is gone, but you can still marvel at the nicely carved ceilings, mirror frames and some original stoves. These are however mostly the works of German colonists and the exterior tiles were also manufactured abroad, in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
